Terms for LinguaLayer.

LinguaLayer is a browser-based language-learning aid. It adds selected English or Chinese expressions to web pages, provides pronunciation and explanations, and records learning progress on the device. Optional sign-in provides account synchronization, and an eligible Pro subscription unlocks domain vocabulary packs.

Vocabulary matching may not understand every context and is not professional translation, academic, legal, or medical advice. Use Show original when a replacement appears inaccurate. Features, vocabulary coverage, and supported websites may change as the product develops.

Do not use LinguaLayer to violate website terms, interfere with other services, bypass access controls, reverse engineer paid access, or process content you are not authorized to access.

Pro is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. The current price is $4.90/month. If a free trial is offered, its duration and the first charge date are shown by Creem before you confirm the order. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the displayed monthly price.

You can cancel or manage the subscription through Manage subscription in your LinguaLayer dashboard. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid-through date. Refund requests are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law through Creem or LinguaLayer support.

We may update or discontinue features, but will not knowingly remove already-paid access before the applicable period ends without providing a remedy required by law. LinguaLayer is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable as the sole method for language study.

Use of LinguaLayer is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
